DOMAINE RONDEAU BUGEY CERDON, FRANCE
One of the most curious wines from France is unapologetically pink, a bit sweet, and bubbly. This wine comes not from a town, or even a small village, but rather from the tiniest of hamlets in the south of France. Consumed as an aperitif, this selection also pairs up nicely with our new array of Chocolate Boards and Crème Brûlée.
FIGHT KIWI, FIGHT!
It's the "wine fight" that started it all! Behold two half glasses of Sauvignon Blanc from the smoking region of Marlborough. One scored 93 points from the reputable Tasting Panel Magazine and the other is an unrated selection brought on by our Sommelier. Can you identify the 93 point wine? Is the more expensive and high scoring wine that much better?
ORANGE WINE & PÉT NAT
Orange wine reigns as the hottest wine style among cool drinkers. But have you discovered the latest rage, Pét-Nat? In simple terms, a Pét-Nat is a sparkling wine made in a style predating Champagne. Try 'em both and see what all the kids are into these days. (Orange wines and Pét-Nats are brought to us weekly to consider. The best discoveries of both are offered here.)
FIND RON BURGUNDY
Two thrilling half glasses of red wine are placed in front of you. Simply put, one is a Burgundy and one is not. Correctly identify the Ron Burgundy and you may find yourself in a glass case of emotion! Honestly, Burgundy can really disappoint. But here, you’re guaranteed to experience a stunning Burgundy in the context of another rockin’ Pinot Noir. Should you find Ron Burgundy, and correctly guess where the other Pinot comes from, the Sommelier will reward you!
